Fixed problem with animator states not being recognized as change (being set dirty) and therefore not being saved in the asset. Reloading project now saves the modified animator controller values.

UPDATED FIX - DOES WORK NOW (Sorry lol)
Fixes Issue of asset information not always being saved on project reload. All known bugs have been addressed as of releasing this.
