manual:Download and install USOC

Please note because of current limitations, you can only install USOC in the domain root. (For example: http://localhost is working, but http://localhost/USOC is not)

1. Download the latest version of USOC: https://github.com/Case-Games/USOC/releases
2. Unpack the zip to your webserver
3. Access your webserver. You should be directed automatically to the install folder. If not access the /install folder on your webbrowser and look at the output.
4. Follow the install instructions
5. Finish the installation
6. Delete the install folder
