Run Locally

Clone the project

git clone git@github.com:TSJean45/TrashArtify.git

Go to the project directory

cd TrashArtify

Create virtual environment

py -m venv myenv

After created, activate the virtual environment

myenv\Scripts\activate

After activate your virtual environment, run the command below to install the required packages inside the virtual environment

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the python server

py server.py runserver

Open a new terminal and head over to the frontend folder

cd frontend

Download the needed libraries

npm install

Run the frontend builds

npm start

System Requirements

Renew requirements by running

pip freeze > requirements.txt

Install requirements by running

pip install -r requirements.txt
