It may be better to install from github to get the bin directly for all platforms. https://github.com/a8m/envsubst This also shows a file is not needed

This PR addresses the interpolation issue for the
overridesparameter. It enables users to use an environment variable in theoverridesparameter'sjsonstring. If your parameter contains an environment variable,envsubstis used to interpolate thejsonstring. If the image used does not haveenvsubstinstalled, the script will it automatically download and install it.
