Describe your idea

In the past there wasn't a real use case for this, until now!
Some weeks ago I created the road you can see below, which allows cyclists to pre-sort for an upcoming junction. The vanilla AI handles it suprisingly well for T-junctions but other use cases have some real limitations, so thats why I am making this Feature Request.
Currently around 500 people are subscribed to my road so that shows it's something that is desired.
I think it would greatly increase realism for those who want these kind of roads or want to have strict cycling rules.

I would love to be able to restrict bikelane-to-bikelane movements as well. Particularly at intersections where a six-lane road with bike lanes meets another road with bike lanes, I have no way to prevent bicycles from turning across all six flowing vehicle lanes. Ideally, we should be able to set lane connections, turn restrictions, and signal phases for bicycle traffic as necessary.
