Description

Apparently there are issues using the lane connector tool on following road asset: Six-Lane Road with Tram Tracks and Bus Lanes

User states that they can't connect bus lanes to anything other than bus lanes. More details in this Steam discussion.

Reproduction Steps

Guessing:

  1. Place stretch of road mentioned above
  2. Create junction with some other road
  3. Try using lane connector on bus lanes

TM:PE sees those bus lanes as tram track lanes (tram tracks take precedence). Lanes with tram tracks can only be connected to other lanes with tram tracks.

Re-opening this as just ran in to it myself and from end-user perspective it's confusing and annoying.
