What was done

• Change news archive layout to follow the design pattern.
• Fix issue with search results including too much results.
• Convert react implementation to use common components.
• Change number of listed news to 15 per page.
• Fix bug where the filters might go to two rows when selecting a filter option with long text.
• Moving ploughing schedule search specific styles to own file.
• Adding feed-icon template for hdbt.
• Modify texts on the news archive.
