The environmental variable VITE_VERSION can be set to atlas or cityatlas.
in VITE_VERSION=cityatlas, the app has the extra topics:
- 311
- Stormwater
- Districts
It also has more data in the Property Assessments topic, and it does NOT have the voting topic.
When the app is deployed, it builds and deploys twice.
The first time it sets VITE_VERSION=atlas and builds and deploys to the atlas S3 bucket The second time it sets VITE_VERSION=cityatlas and builds and deploys to the cityatlas S3 bucket
