As the proposal for NEP9 approaches maturity, it is time to have an implementation to support it. JS is a natural supporter due to the applications it has in the web.

This should be pretty easy considering that it is mostly parsing and appending stuff to a transaction.

Considerations

  • Where should this live
  • What is the main signature (its probably one method honestly)
