@alexey-milovidov please note that as part of this PR - the version in docker tags will be specified as "v23.8.1.2992-lts". not as "23.8.1.2992-lts" like was initially requested in the #54224
The reason of that is because the class ClickHouseVersion has the only properties that can return "v23.8.1.2992-lts" or "23.8.1.2992". I didn't want to overcomplicate ClickHouseVersion introducing addional property. If it is required exactly as it was specified in the #54224 - let me know. Thanks.
