Improvement: misc. integrations improvements

Summary

A few small improvements made on the train back from offsite:

• moved formats to reference documentation section. Under "data formats" in integrations section there remains the guides about specific formats and a link to this part of the reference docs labelled "See all formats"
• Added the vertical stepper component to a few pages
• rewrote the vector to ClickHouse page to remove the unnecessary marketing language
