Removed RedisStateProvider + optimze imports for project

Summary

• Removed RedisStateProvider
• Optimize imports from all files
• Imported support for Tuple{2,3,4} via reactor directly instead of using lettuce (a Redis client)
• Add to build.gradle.kts turn on in compile time "-Xlint:unchecked", "-Xlint:deprecation"
