2019-11-28 - Version v2.3 rc1

This is a release candidate version of the next release of PAF v2.3.0.

Changelog:

  • new: support PostgreSQL 12
  • fix: wrong log message during switchover failure
  • fix: race condition during election process, gh #131 reported by dud225
  • change: with PostgreSQL 12, setting recovery_template is forbidden
  • misc: debian package use /var/run/postgres as pghost default value
  • misc: various small code cleanup
