Characters used in chat inputs (like Chinese, or Russian) are rendered ??

Russian should work already, I haven't found a reliable way to support Chinese yet.

That depends on what characters are included in the spritefont. I think the current CnCNet YR font supports most Latin characters (including special ones used in non-English European languages), Russian, Japanese and it also has some Chinese symbols in it.
