The current privacy notification text sounds a bit unprofessional, especially the second paragraph:

By using the client you agree to the CnCNet Terms & Conditions as well as the CnCNet Privacy Policy. Privacy-related options can be configured in the client options.
No worries, we're not actually using your data for anything evil, but we have to display this message due to regulations.

For comparison, YR mod base uses the following text:

This application makes use of CnCNet web & tunnel server services and is subject to collection of technical & other necessary information through them.
By using this application you agree to the CnCNet Terms & Conditions as well as the CnCNet Privacy Policy.

My suggestion for an updated text:

This application makes use of CnCNet web & tunnel server services and is subject to collection of technical & other necessary information through them.
By using this application you agree to the CnCNet Terms & Conditions as well as the CnCNet Privacy Policy. Privacy-related options can be configured in the client settings.
