Custom loading screen path is incorrect #439

After updating to the latest TS client version (develop branch), loading screens no longer show up. Looking at spawn.ini reveals that the loading screen path is missing a slash, so the game cannot find the file: e.g. CustomLoadScreen=Resourcesl600s31.pcx (it should be Resources/l600s31.pcx)
