Motor task form typo + clarification

typo in motor task form: it should be rotarod instead of rotorod

also in this form, more clarification is needed:

instead of Number of mice; I would add to this by writing: Number of mice on apparatus during the current mouse's task (including mouse)

and since there is only 4 positions , the toggle shouldnt go past the number 4

also how are we incorporating the trial? by submitting the form again, right?

Yes a new trial would require a resubmission of the form
