suggested changes:

1. for IP injection
   IP injection type/purpose of IP injection: anaesthetic, intervention, treatment (drug), other (if other, fill in text box)
   type of IP inoculum administered: Dexmedetomidine, Viral mimetic, Tamoxifen, STZ, PUAD,
   IP inoculum batch number: string

2. for subcutaneous
   IP injection type/purpose of IP injection: analgesic, other (if other, fill in text box -- which is currently not an option)
   if analgesic, I would ask if this was for post-operation recovery (true/false)

(I would remove time of injection, especially the during surgery part since that info should be covered in the surgery form)

3. for intracerebral
   this should really fall under the category of surgery - especially since saline, analgesic, anaethesia are also administered for this injection (and this type of injection only)

if you dont want to move it, I would still add the following changes:

a) Intracerebral injection type -- I would rename this to type of inoculum administered: PBS or PFF (there are also two types of PFF: Ms-PFF and Hu-PFF) -- so there should be two options here and the batch type is also important information to collect here

b) Hydration provided (saline)? -- if you are moving this injection to the surgery form then disregard, if not, then you need to add more than just this subfield; also was anesthesia provided? (if true, type, and volume) was analagesia provided? (if true, type, and volume) was Stereotax used? (if true, which stereotax)
