Scanning medium: dry, fluorinert, other (if other, text box fill in)
if false
was the mouse anesthetized?
if true,
a) Was Dexmedetomidine used? if true, what dose? (option: as per fMRI SOP #?? vs string), bottle serial number (better than batch since we don't have access to the batch, we get it by the bottle) -- not sure what solution date is
b) was Isofluorane used? if true, what dose (percentage)? (option: as per fMRI SOP #?? vs number), bottle serial number (better than batch since we don't have access to the batch, we get it by the bottle)
if option "as per fMRI SOP #??" was selected, then I would ask "fMRI isofluorane levels tracked? true or false"
then I would have "MRI scan record 1" and then you can append all the other scans that were acquired -- since all the acquisitions are done under the same anesthesia protocol
