It should be considered to carry out nuisance regression/confound correction stage always in native space, and perhaps even all connectivity measurements, prior to commonspace resampling. The accuracy/SNR at those step can be expected to improve if done in native space. This would require moving resampling modules to the analysis pipeline stage only for group ICA or group stats purpose.
