Add cobralab atlases bids_ATLAS
Niype successor, pydra for pipeline specification
specify by subject
specify stage
specify by template if for template stage
must accept some CPU/Memory specifications (see fmriprep)
atlases and labels must be automatically downloaded
need to figure out how bids does masks/skullstripping
BIDS spec
