The idea would be to (optionally) have a subject ID listed in the csv file as the first column, and to use this ID + "_" as the first string in the file name instead of "subjectXXX".
Could be set to expect it with a command-line flag, or alternatively just parse the first entry in the csv and determine if it has a .nii* extension or not.
