🐞 Cannot close account provider select window

Description

I created a new account but cannot close the window where I can select the type of account I want to add, even after successfully adding an account.

Furthermore, the window where I can add account details is greyed out on the first attempt.

To Reproduce

1. Go to "Preferences > Accounts"
2. Click "+"
3. Select "GitHub"
4. Observe the account details window being greyed out
5. Click "Cancel" (continuing to create the account should also work)
6. Click "Cancel" (on the account select window)
7. Observe the account select window not going away

Expected behavior

The account select window should go away when clicking "Cancel".

Also the account details window should not be greyed out.
