Broker related tests seem flaky on travis #5

I have experienced some flakiness in the broker related tests concerning time-outs, somehow mostly on Scala 2.12 with Oracle JDK 8.

For example the build for a pull-request which ran fine for my branch where the pull-request was created from.
And after amending/forcing a commit my branch failed and the pull-request ran fine.

Might be an idea to move broker/actual AMQ related tests out of the unit test scope and into an integration test scope, which could allow for scoped tweaking in terms of time-outs, etc.

only took me 3 years to see this...

seems like a good thing to do
