Library Export/Import/Resync #2
Description
We need to be able to export and import Elements libraries. However, most music players that allow this do not resolve changed file paths to songs. Thus, Elements should also have a mode for "resyncing" file paths, by searching the target folder for each filename. This will also require an interface for manually resolving file paths.
