Here is a way to notify the team in a helpful way:
@channel in [env] the [category] for [org/instance] is/are [state]
If you see your fellow Runnamate not following the above shout REMY (Reformat Error Message, Yo)
the environment you are seeing an issue on
ex. delta/gamma/epsilon/staging
the type of issue you are seeing.
ex. builds, containers, network, urls
provide the org you are seeing the issue in, and the instance if possible
ex. codenow/api, runnable
describe the state of the issue you are seeing
ex. unresponsive, slow, not starting
@channel in delta the builds for Codenow/api is not starting@channel in staging the containers for Codenow/navi is not stopping@channel in gamma the elastic url for Runnable/node is timing out
@channel builds are slow@channel everything is broken@channel doobie
