Feature: Editorial workflow (#21)

* turn on editorial workflow https://decapcms.org/docs/configuration-options/#publish-mode * hide first column this workflow looks not very customisable from the docs * uncomfortably fragile tweak... * improve selector to limit to workflow * use universal sorry -- there's no way to do this on local atm so it's a bit noisy pushing everything up
