Fixes on the new report view [Issue #214]

  • Removes title field from a service request.
  • Moves Service type select field to the top of the form in the new service request view.
  • Move Image field to the bottom of the form in the new service request view.
  • Zoom on pin when creating a new service request.
  • New style to 'New report' button on nav bar

Emailing

  • Added email notification support for status update on service request. [Issue #209]
