Now with proper Offline Mode! And a lot of fixes!

This may be the final version for a while, unless I find more bugs to fix

New features

Offline mode now can browse albums, playlists and artists!
Images can now be loaded faster by using multiple threads
64-Bit version of the program

Bug Fixes

Upon opening the app on certain versions of Windows, you would get a error message (Severe)
Offline mode would override Artwork store
Sizing issue with the mini player
List view would give a error due to extreme shrinking
Error due to the Update Checking running at the same time as the user Login (Now delayed by 10 seconds)
