Fixed playback issues caused by change in iBroadcast API

Bugs fixed

• Playback on server didn't include authentication
• Streaming URL was not properly encoded
• Update checking depended on the OfflineMode flag

Attention!

In 1.8.4 and previous, update checking is broken by the API change due to an oversight on my part.
