Puts a button on the "settings" page that will run the 'cleanup vnc sessions' task manually. Useful for debugging, or if something is really busted.
These tasks are not currently reachable through the API. Given that I don't yet fully grasp what they do, that might not be a bad thing.

Adds a button that clears the websockify targets file and clears the Redis cache. Might be useful for development (I've had to manually
curltoo many times.TODO: Add other functions, also need to ensure that we're not leaking the VNC cleanup token.
