unable to build debian

I tried to make build a debian docker image but it fails, probably because of extra %3D at the end of url make is trying to download, infact , without %3D with browser I can get the file.
Is there a directory where I can put the downloaded file and use the one downloaded via firefox ?

I just tried the same, it works for me.
Are you behind a proxy?
Just a guess, does docker logout; docker login solve the problem?

yes I'm behind a proxy, tried logout/login trick (I had to do it 2 times before it worked).

Ok, that's another problem.
Most PGP keyservers are contacted on port 11371. I think this is not possible behind a http/https proxy...
I have bound the gpg command to contact a port 80 friendly keyserver. Please pull and try again.

I see, infact for some repository (I'm using ubuntu on my work laptop) I had to manually download the gpg key. I'll try again as soon as possible and let you know.
