Fix exception require.ConnectThink/wp-scss is invalid. It should not contain uppercase characters.
Update scssphp to version 1.10.0

@fabarea here is what I'm looking to release. Bumped the version up to 3.0 with the large ScssPHP update. This will let users update manually instead of WP auto updates doing it. |
