This repo contains Jupyter notebooks to accompany the HyperTools paper and software.
To use them, install HyperTools (pip install hypertools) and then clone this repo and open with Jupyter.
Note: These notebooks have been tested with Hypertools version 0.4.0 and may not work with older versions. To upgrade: pip install --upgrade hypertools
