This PR removes dependency on
hdbscan. For some users (conda and maybe more), installation fails when installinghdbscan(see #195). Ifhdbscanis already installed (manually), it will continue to work. If it is not installed (but called inclusterorplot) anImportErroris thrown. This should allowhypertoolsto be installable for a larger user base and still supporthdbscan.
