Folder Randomizer: The Sequel

• Move from rom:/Randomizer to sd:/ultimate/Randomizer
• Fix issue where upper case filenames won't load
• Added script to clean out mods that use file addition so you don't get conflicts

Folder Randomizer Support

Goes something like this (starting from rom:/)

- Randomizer
	- Folder 1
		- Some Other Folder 1
			- arc path....
		- Some Other Folder 2
			- arc path....
	- Folder 2
		- Some Other Folder 3
			- arc path....
		- Some Other Folder 4
			- arc path....

Requires latest ARCropolis (3.2.0 as of this release)

Updated to support parent and children folders with . in the name

Updated to fix crash
