Adds a little more verbosity to the local dev setup instructions, based on some things I stumbled on in #62 . This includes:

  • Removed number from header text for easier additions to content (i.e. avoid need for manual re-numbering)
  • Added prerequisites
  • Installing dependencies
  • Optional instructions for running a Docker-based MySQL database
  • Running Webpack

Additionally, it enables localhost to be an allowed host.

Despite this, it still has a known issue at the end, encountered after a user logs in with the default credentials:

(Help debugging this last part would be great.)
