Wechat/QQ #359 have a Whimper or Whine or Pule emoticon for ASCII #293 8* that has no good equivalent among existing Unicode emojis.
Viber #403 has a similar but happier Teary emoticon:

Unicode 11.0 will probably bring FACE WITH PLEADING EYES at U+1F97A 🥺, also known as pleading face, begging face or face with puppy eyes, cf. Emojipedia.
