…okens This commit adds the 'jwt' gem as a runtime dependency in order to manage cases where a access_token is provided, but no access_token_expiration is available. These changes retrieve the token expiration time to support token refreshes.
Also adds some helper modules to abstract options for authentication and cli options to make it easier to use these samples.
