This release includes the following changes:

added WATCH_IMAGE_PREFIX and WATCH_IMAGE_TAG environment variables to allow users to run different versions of the CCP containers and the WATCH container

added ocp 3.11 oc adm commands to the run.sh examples to allow rbac privelages to work for relabeling pods
