CrystalHello - v0.2

At this point in time, @Jacc734 and myself are officially releasing our first plugin, CrystalHello.

CrystalHello is a basic plugin that will make the server say "Hello" to you when you type a command and hold a specific block. It's a learning plugin that someone else might find useful in the future.
