Later model Go Pro's don't allow one to flip the HDMI video feed, as discussed here, here and here.
The mounting bracket on the go pro is on the bottom, so if you want to mount the camera below the fuselage facing down and forward, then mounting it upside down is way more convenient than mounting it upright.
Please add the option to rotate the video feed by 180 degrees in the application settings.
I've also submitted an issue to the upstream folks, so perhaps you can coordinate to figure out who will tackle this.
