Allow live video feed to be rotated 180 degrees

Sometimes you need to mount your camera upside down.
Please add the option to rotate the video feed by 180 degrees in the application settings.

My specific use case is with the HereLink. It has a little video feed widget, but there is no option to rotate it and my camera also does not offer that option.

There are a few people asking for it in the herelink forums, but I don't think they've reached anyone that can do something about it. I've also added an issue to the herelink-qgc fork, but this seems like something that all QGC users might be interested in.
