Feral - Predator talent usage on energy deficit, Ferocious Bites is still free on Clear Casting but extra dmg is still used on free energy

Predator talent usage on energy deficit, use it when possible. Buff overlap doesn't matter much, we're here for TF Energy.
Ferocious Bites is still free on Clear Casting but extra dmg is still used based on free energy
