PLT_KU_DISPLAY

Description

PLT_KU_DISPLAY no longer outputs anything after updating to DCS 2.9.6.57650

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load into hot start aircraft
  2. Type data into KU to wake it up and start entering data
  3. Observe no output for PLT_KU_DISPLAY

Expected behavior

PLT_KU_DISPLAY should contain the data on the display in-game.

Additional context

ED added the RMAP camera to the luas in the middle of the indication list, breaking all subsequent indication indexes.
