This commit updats tika to 1.26 and guava to 30.1.1 since the earlier used versions contained vulnerabilites.

This commit updates the apache poi library to 5.0.0. It should improve the XWPF and XSSF processing. Due to an apparrent update (fix?) in how paragraphs in tables are handled, a line of code treating this can be removed.

In this PR two vulnerable packages are updated, other minor package updates are done, and apache poi is updated to 5.0.0 (CHANGELOG)
