DfE::Analytics initialisation code was ignoring the "config.async = false" option when provided, and setting it to "config.async = true" anyways. This was caused by the conditional assignment operator "||=". "foo ||= true" does set 'foo' as 'true' if it was either 'nil' or 'false'.
