Renamed
--liquidparameter forempty-binto--forceand made it also apply toPOWDER_MISCcontents.Prevents unintentional disposal of powders, especially in recursive invocations.
I tested this by modifying my local dfhack install, but could not really get a dev environment to work. So if someone wants to verify this does what it's supposed to, please do.
