Post like improvements

**Please note that I'm just adding this as a note for now, I don't want to add more load to the current plans :-)

The post Like functionality works but could be improved IMO.
It uses a post-back, one cannot see who liked the post and there are no notifications.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Rewrite the code so it does not use a post back
• Add a hover list with the users that liked the post
• Eventually send out notifications via email / dnn messaging

Good one! This is the first thing I notice that needs improvement whenever I'm testing the module. I like it! :)

@Timo-Breumelhof As part of work to migrate backend functions from handler to using web api, I have updated this and no longer does a page postback. However, in addition to the ideas you surface about showing a list of who likes, etc. there is a fundamental flaw with "likes" IMHO. You can like a post and then unlike it. But what you CANNOT do is DISLIKE a post. Much like upvote/downvote. Should this change?

Good point but I wonder if we should separate the two at a later stage?
Up or down vote (which can be very useful) is maybe not the same as liking a post?

I agree that perhaps they are separate concepts. You can like a post (for having been posted) while disagreeing with its content?

It looks like the Like Notifications are going to be resolved in PR #632, but we'll need to have another PR later for the update to see who has liked the post. Should we create a separate issue and reference/close this one? 🤔

🤔 I don't see the update mentioned where we want to see who's liked a post, unless I'm missing something obvious.

It's way back in #172, where @Timo-Breumelhof put in the original request. That was partially addressed in #274 which moved updated the Like logic and moved to WebAPI, but he also wanted a way to see who liked, and send notifications when a topic is liked.
