With issue: #23
I found that part of the problem was with the dme-go-client, it had no option to specify a different end point. So I submitted PR DNSMadeEasy/dme-go-client#4 in that Repository to have a "sandbox" option
In addition, I found that the proxyurl or insecure options would never work the client.GetClient was not specifying the options. So that fix is included in this code too
This PR is completely dependant on DME-go-client approving and merging that change.
